Merrimack Street Garage Entrance for Pentucket Bank Access

The Merrimack Street entrance provides access to the first floor only, where there are several dedicated spaces for Pentucket Bank customers, employees, and visitors.

Entering the Garage

Please take a ticket when first entering the garage. Then follow the posted signage for

  • Pentucket Bank dedicated parking
  • Drive-up banking lanes 1 and 2
  • Drive-up ATM lane 1

Exit Lanes
There are three exit lanes from the first floor:
  1. Lane 1 (left lane, closest to the bank) for drive-up and ATM customers. Banker-assisted exit (validated).
  2. Lane 2 (middle lane) for drive-up customers. Banker-assisted exit (validated).
  3. Lane 3 (right lane) for non-banking customers. Please scan your ticket and pay before exiting.

Payment and validation

If you are in the garage longer than 20 minutes, you will be prompted for payment.

  • During bank hours: If you are parked in the garage and conducting bank business for over 20 minutes, our staff will validate your parking. 
  • Outside of bank hours: When entering the garage to access the drive-up ATM outside of bank hours, please pull a ticket when entering, conduct your ATM transaction and scan your ticket to exit. You will not be prompted for payment if you are in the garage for under 20 minutes.
