Bill Pay was unavailable on the Mobile App for customers using an iPhone with the latest iOS software update (14.3). The issue has been resolved in the latest version of the iPhone Mobile App. If you are still experiencing issues go to the app store on your mobile device, search for "Pentucket Bank Mobile Banking", and confirm you have version 188.8.131.52 installed.
