How the HEAT Loan Process Works

 
  1. Contact Mass Save®
    Call 866-527-SAVE (7283) to learn about eligible energy-efficiency improvements and determine whether a Home Energy Assessment is recommended for your project. While a Home Energy Assessment can help identify opportunities to save energy and reduce costs, it is not required for all qualifying improvements.
  2. Receive Your HEAT Loan Authorization Form
    If your project qualifies, Mass Save® will provide you with a HEAT Loan Authorization Form, which is required before applying for financing.
  3. Apply with Pentucket Bank
    Submit your HEAT Loan Authorization Form, contractor proposal, and completed loan application to Pentucket Bank for review. Once approved, you can move forward with your project and enjoy 0% financing on eligible improvements.
