Pentucket Bank Welcomes John Moynihan Vice President, Senior Treasury & Business Relationship Manager

Pentucket Bank, an affiliate of River Run Bancorp along with Newburyport Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust, announced that John Moynihan has joined the bank as Vice President – Senior Treasury & Business Relationship Manager. Moynihan will be based out of the Bank’s Salem, N.H. office, reporting to Edith Joyce.

In his new role, John will deliver cash management solutions to a broad range of clients across the commercial and industrial, municipal, and commercial real estate sectors, developing customers with revenues up to $900 million. He works closely with internal and external partners to identify and develop new client relationships, oversees the onboarding of new commercial customers to ensure a smooth transition from their previous financial institution, and trains retail staff on how the Bank’s cash management products can best serve their clients.

John holds a Master of Business Administration from New Hampshire College in Manchester, N.H., and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. He is a member of New England AFP, the New Hampshire Government Finance Officers Association, the Massachusetts Collectors & Treasurers Association, and the Merrimack Valley Adventure Club.

A resident of Windham, N.H., John is active in the communities he serves. He is a past vice chair of the Hampstead School Board and past chair of the Hampstead Budget Committee. He is a charter member and past president of the Greater Salem Rotary Club, a member of the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, and a past treasurer and current board member of the Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, hiking, and walking. He lives with his wife, Heather, and has two children, Mike and Melissa.
