Pentucket Bank Announces Promotions of Connor Shaw and Ryan Rothwell to Vice President Roles in Commercial Lending

Stephen Jaskelevicus, President and CEO of Pentucket Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of Connor Shaw and Ryan Rothwell to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officers. These promotions recognize their significant contributions to the Bank’s growing Commercial Lending division and their unwavering commitment to supporting local businesses throughout the region.

In their elevated roles, Connor and Ryan will continue to originate and manage commercial loan relationships, while also playing key roles in portfolio growth, credit analysis, and the delivery of tailored financial solutions that align with the Bank’s strategic goals and values.

With eight years of experience in the commercial banking industry, Connor has demonstrated a strong ability to develop meaningful client relationships and help businesses thrive. As Vice President, Connor is responsible for generating new loan volume while continuing to manage a diverse portfolio of existing commercial loan relationships from the Bank’s Harbor Place office.

A resident of Amesbury, MA, Connor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He is a dedicated community member, actively serving on the boards of the Haverhill Kiwanis Club and Haverhill YMCA, and participating in both the Haverhill and Lawrence Revolving Loan Funds. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and playing basketball.

Ryan Rothwell
Ryan brings nine years of experience in commercial lending and financial analysis, and has consistently demonstrated his deep understanding of the credit process and a commitment to responsible lending. Based in the Bank’s Salem, NH office, Ryan’s portfolio includes a wide range of lending types—from SBA loans and term loans to commercial real estate and construction financing.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and lives in Merrimac, MA with his wife, their daughter, and their two dogs. He serves on the boards of Impact Melanoma and the Lowell Transitional Living Center and is actively involved with Compassionate Care ALS, Southern NH Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Salem Contractors Association. Outside the office, Ryan enjoys real estate investing, hockey, golf, and spending time with his family.
