How Bill Pay Payments Are Now Scheduled

Bill Pay payments are now scheduled based on the date you want the payment to be sent, rather than the bill’s due date.

When scheduling a payment, simply select the date you would like the payment to be sent. The Bill Pay calendar will then show the expected delivery date to the payee.

Please be sure to allow enough time for your payment to arrive by your bill’s due date. The expected delivery date may vary depending on how the payment is delivered to the payee.

For example: If your bill is due on the 15th, you should select a payment date that allows the payment to be delivered by the 15th. The calendar will display the expected delivery date to help you choose the appropriate payment date.
