Your New Pentucket Bank Debit Mastercard®
A new debit card is coming your way.
Pentucket Bank is upgrading its debit cards to Debit Mastercard® with convenient tap-to-pay technology. Your new card will arrive in the mail in early October and will replace your current Pentucket Bank Visa® Debit Card.
What you need to know
Your new card is coming
Watch your mail for your new Pentucket Bank Debit Mastercard. Your new card will have a new card number and will feature contactless tap-to-pay technology.
Activate your new card
Once you receive your new card, follow the instructions provided with the card to activate it and set your new PIN.
Your current Visa® Debit Card will be deactivated on November 1.
Update your Mobile Wallet
Add your new Pentucket Bank Debit Mastercard to your Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or other supported Mobile Wallet.
Be sure to remove your old Visa® Debit Card from your Mobile Wallet after adding your new card.
Update recurring payments
Because your new card will have a new card number, you may need to update your payment information with merchants where you have recurring payments set up.
This may include services such as:
- Streaming subscriptions
- Utility or other household bills
- Online shopping accounts
- Memberships
- Other recurring payments
Some payees may be notified automatically, so you may not need to update every recurring payment manually.
Remember: Your current Debit Card will be deactivated on November 1.
