Important Information About Bill Pay
To continue providing you with banking solutions you can count on, there will be a behind-the-scenes update to our Bill Pay service. Your experience with Bill Pay will remain the same, but there are a few important dates and changes you should be aware of.
Bill Pay Downtime
Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning Sunday, August 9, 2026, through Wednesday, August 12, 2026. During this time, you will not be able to access Bill Pay, schedule payments, or make changes.
What to Expect After the Update
- Availability of payment history may be delayed. It is expected to be fully restored by Friday, August 14, 2026.
- DO NOT resubmit payments if you do not see your payment history; doing so could result in duplicate payments.
- Customers without payees will have to re-enroll in Bill Pay.
- Any payments that are currently scheduled for more than two years in the future will not transfer to the new system. If you have any such payments, please recreate them after Friday, August 14, 2026.
- Your account will be debited electronically according to the scheduled payment date.
- After your account is debited, the Bill Pay service will send your payment to the payee either electronically or by paper check, depending on how the payee accepts payments.
- Because your account will be debited according to the scheduled payment date, you may notice that funds are withdrawn earlier than they have been in the past.
- Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on the scheduled payment date to avoid overdrafts or returned payments.
We appreciate your patience as we complete this update and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Service Center at 855.303.9716.

5. What will happen to my scheduled payments?
Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system and will process as planned.
Please note: Any payments scheduled more than two years in the future will not transfer. If you have payments scheduled beyond two years out, you will need to recreate them after Friday, August 14, 2026.
Payment history may not be available immediately after Bill Pay is back up and is expected to be fully restored by Friday, August 14, 2026.
Do not recreate or resubmit payments simply because your payment history is not yet visible, as doing so could result in duplicate payments.
If you are unsure whether a payment was submitted, please contact our Service Center at 855.303.9716 before scheduling another payment.
Some historical Bill Pay information will not be available after this update. History for canceled payments and deleted payees will not transfer to the new system. If you would like to retain this information for your records, please print or download it before Bill Pay becomes unavailable on the evening of August 9th.
7. Will all of my Bill Pay history transfer?
Most of your Bill Pay history will transfer to the new system. However, history for canceled payments and deleted payees will not be available after the update.
If you would like to keep this information for your records, please print or download it before Bill Pay becomes unavailable on the evening of August 9, 2026.
8. Will my payments be delayed, and do I need to do anything?
Payments that were scheduled before the maintenance window will process as planned.
Most customers do not need to take any action. However, you may need to:
- Enroll in Bill Pay if you do not currently have any payees.
- Recreate any payments scheduled more than two years in the future after Friday, August 14, 2026.
9.Why are my Bill Pay funds being withdrawn earlier than before?
As part of our Bill Pay service update, your account will now be debited electronically on your scheduled payment date. Bill Pay will then send your payment to your payee electronically or by paper check, depending on how the payee accepts payments.
Previously, some payments were processed using draft checks, which did not debit your account until the check was presented for payment. Because draft checks are no longer used, you may notice that funds leave your account sooner than they did in the past.
Please be sure sufficient funds are available in your account on your scheduled payment date.
10. What should I do if I have questions or need help?
Please contact our Service Center at 855.303.9716. We are happy to assist you before, during, or after the update.
