We have exciting news to share!! Our enhanced Business Online Banking is ready for your use with new features and improved convenience. All you need to do is complete your enrollment to use the new platform. It’s easy!
For Pentucket Bank Online Banking Customers
Self-Enroll to begin to use the new enhanced business online platform
Self-Enroll to new enhanced business online platform
- Be sure that an authorized signer from your company is completing the enrollment and this person will be the company administrator.
- Additional users will need to be entered by the company administrator
- Once enrolled, you will have access to 90 days of checking account history. Refer to your monthly bank statements for further transaction history.
- If you are a Bill Pay User, recurring bill payments, vendors and payment instructions will need to be reestablished. Your existing bill pay set up will not be automatically transferred to the new bill pay solution.
- Recurring transfers will need to be set up in the new platform. Be sure to close them out in the old system.
- To activate your Mobile Banking capabilities, be sure to login on a computer or browser first, then you will be able to log into the Mobile App.
- To download the Pentucket Business App choose below based on your device.
The new and enhanced services include External Transfer Service, online loan statements, and an updated Business Mobile App. After you have enrolled on the new platform, download the updated Business Mobile App from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store and check your balances, pay bills and deposit checks. Approve positive pay/wires/ACH transactions, and much more, all with the convenience of our new Business Mobile App!
Access to the existing online banking and Mobile App platforms will be discontinued on November 1, 2024.
Wire Transfer Users
All wire transfer customers are set up on the new platform and have been enrolled in enhanced Business Online Banking.
What you need to know:
- You have access to the most recent 90-days of checking account history. Refer to your monthly bank statements for further transaction history.
- Additional Users will need to be entered by a company administrator.
- Recurring Transfers will need to be established in the new platform and closed out in the old system.
- Wire Templates will need to be entered in new platform, as they did not convert into the new system. If you need assistance, please contact the Treasury Services Team.
Please begin to use the new platform as soon as possible. Access will be discontinued to the existing platform on November 1, 2024.
Remote Deposit Capture Users
All existing Remote Deposit customers are set up on the new platform and have been enrolled in enhanced Business Online Banking.
Access will be discontinued to the existing platform on November 1, 2024.
ACH Origination/ACH $5,000 Users
- All existing ACH customers have been set up on Enhanced Business Online Banking credentials. Please begin to use the new platform as soon as possible. Access will be discontinued to the existing platform on November 1, 2024.
- Please set up any additional users in the new systems.
- Please set up recurring transfers in the new platform. Be sure to close them out in the old system.
- Please enter your existing ACH Templates in the new platform. If you need assistance, please contact the Treasury Services Team.
- You will have access to 90 days of checking account history. Refer to your monthly bank statements for further transaction history.
- If you have contracted for ACH payment services but are not using the new platform, please contact the Treasury Services Team for assistance.
New Benefits for ACH Users
- We now offer Same Day ACH for ACH Originator customers. Please contact the Treasury Services Team for more information.
- We are excited to announce a new solution to replace the Pentucket Bank ACH 5000 service. - External Funds Transfer Service. This payment only option has a higher payment limit.
QuickBooks Online Direct Connect Users
- For your convenience, the old system will remain in place for our QuickBooks users until December 3, 2024. This is to minimize the impact on your day-to-day business operations as we migrate to our new platform.
- The new platform will require a new Bank ID for connection. Once you enroll, you will have to re-establish your connection using your new ID. Please call our Treasury Services Team for assistance.
We are encouraging all Quick Books users without contracted services to self-enroll on the new platform as soon as possible so that we can assist with any year end transition.
