NEXT STEPS - What to do once the upgrade is complete

Once the upgrade is complete on March 13th, take the following steps:

1. LOGIN TO MONEY MANAGEMENT

  • From a computer, login to Online Banking and click on the Manage Money tab.
  • From a mobile device, login to the Mobile App, click on More and select Money Management from the menu.

    2. RE-ENTER ACCOUNT LOGIN CREDENTIALS

While most account information for both Pentucket Bank and external accounts will transfer to Money Management, for security reasons we will not transfer login credentials for external accounts. You will see an error message in Money Management that will walk you through providing your login credentials so accounts will update successfully from that point forward. For this reason we recommend gathering your login credentials and having them handy for the first time you login to Money Management.

    3. REVIEW CATEGORIZATIONS AND BUDGET

MAKE SURE TO ADD ALL EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS BEFORE CREATING A BUDGET TO ENSURE ALL YOUR TRANSACTIONS ARE TRACKED IN YOUR BUDGET.

Review the account and transaction data transferred from FinanceWorks, review Money Management auto-categorizations, and then create a budget.

Once these 3 keys steps are completed, we encourage you to explore the other features of Money Management, such as Goals and Alerts. To learn more about these other features and how to use them check out the FAQs below.
